Registration procedure
It is mandatory to purchase or renew the La Grande Course Card.
REGISTRATION FEES
Categories SENIOR – MASTER – UNDER 23
The registration fee is set at €390.00 per team and includes for each athlete:
- Organization and technical safety/assistance service on the race courses;
- 1 race package;
- Refreshments at the finish line;
- Lunch at the end of both stages, at the marquee located in Planaval.
Categories UNDER 20 – UNDER 18 – UNDER 16
The registration fee is set at €40.00 and includes for each athlete:
- Organization and technical safety/assistance service on the race courses;
- 1 race package;
- Refreshments at the finish line;
- Closing lunch at the marquee located in Planaval.
Categories UNDER 14 – UNDER 12
The registration fee is set at €20.00 and includes:
- Organization and technical safety/assistance service on the race courses;
- 1 race package;
- Refreshments at the finish line;
- Closing lunch at the marquee located in Planaval.
The registration fee must be paid within 5 days of receiving confirmation of acceptance, exclusively by credit card via the REGISTRATION page.
Additionally, for athletes of Italian nationality, registration must also be carried out by their sports club, mandatorily, through the FISI online portal, no later than the deadlines provided.
OSPITALITà
Athletes participating in the race and accompanying persons requiring accommodation may independently contact local facilities available at tourdurutor.com/ospitalita.
REGISTRATION REFUND
The Tour du Rutor Organizing Committee is a non-profit organization, and refunds will be made as follows:
Refund in case of team withdrawal.
The registration fee will be refunded only under the following conditions: Before March 15: 100% refund of the registration fee; From March 16 to March 22: €200 will be withheld from the registration fee.
After March 23: no refunds will be granted.
Refunds will be processed by the organization promptly, in any case no later than April 30, 2026.
